Alan represents clients involved in the exploitation of technology and telecommunications solutions. He regularly advises clients on complex contractual arrangements and has experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of technology & telecommunications agreements, including licensing, supply, distribution, reseller, joint venture and other contracts. He is also an experienced litigator, and has represented and advised clients embroiled in Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court matters. Some of Alan's clients include:
